When people are good to him, good fortune will befall them. When people treat him poorly, terrible fortune will befall them.

Genders are missing on purpose. My worlds try to remove the concept of gender altogether and all characters may have masculine and feminine properties. Ultimately, names are easy to change and not the biggest point of this list.

Other properties may also be missing, like alignment, stats, etc. when they are unknown, irrelevant, or hidden on purpose.
